Tomato and Bacon Chicken

Okay, Okay...It doesn't look the best but believe me! It really turned out Delicious!
Ever in a pinch and not know what to make for dinner?! It was like that for me last night...
So, I went to my fridge to see what was there...hmmm..not much. Well, I had 5 of those frozen chicken breast in a bag, two onions, 3 large cloves of garlic and a 16 oz. bottle of Kraft's tomato and bacon dressing and my trusty bottle of olive oil, and my trusty cast iron frying pans..that's it, that's all you need! Oh yeah...salt and pepper to taste.
1. Add Three tablespoons of olive oil to pans heat over medium high.

2. Add your frozen chicken breasts. You want to sear the breasts approx 3 to 4 min. on each side. This seals in the juices!

3. While the breasts are heating, coarsely chop your onions and garlic and divide between pans.
sprinkle your chicken on both sides with the salt and pepper.

4. Preheat your oven to 300 degrees F. and remove the pans from the burners... generously pour the Tomato and Bacon dressing over the chicken and place in the oven when it's preheated...bake till done...juices run clear, approx 15 to 20 mins. This is where you have to check on their 'doneness'

Viola! Dinner! It really turned out delicious and juicy. It is reminiscent of sweet and sour / BBQ flavor. And the best part, #2 and #3 really loved and that's a tough act 'cause those two are the family's resident food critics.
Let me know what ya think!
Catch ya later...I gotta fly!
