I'm not sure what's going on Christine but I got a ton of emails returned from you. But, my comments were posting anyway so I didn't worry about it. Remember the days before computers? I just read something somewhere that said computers make more mistakes in 20 seconds than a human would make in 20 years. Now how accurate that is I don't know. But when you're having 'puter issues it sure sounds right!
Love,
Julie

I wish I could help but I am no computer whiz! I am so glad to have found your blog through Julie's though! I have really enjoyed your posts!
Well, when I bought the charm, your emails kept going into my spam folder even though I marked them as not spam. I don't really know either. I'm new to Adobe and don't know what I'm doing. Often end up going back to my old photo software. Sorry I can't help either. Blessings... Polly
I feel your pain Christine. Computers can be verrry frustrating for me too.
I'm taking an Adobe class at school right now. The slowness issue could be due to the fact that you need at least an 80 GB hard drive and 512 MB of memory for your computer to be able to handle the program.
As far as cropping goes, find the tool that looks like 2 L's put together, one right side up and one upside down. Click on it. Holding down the left button on your mouse, drag it over your photo in the area you want to crop. Hit enter, and you're done.
Hope this helps:)
We have been trying to post, but it keeps coming back to us in e-mails. Hope this one goes through! Sorry it's so frustrating.
