Lovely little goodies!

Goodies abound ! I've been in my studio today and lovin' every minute of it. Lots of 'loved' , two 'Nanas' for some special people in our family...
The first 'mini' clock charm turned out a bit hazy. I'm still trying to find a varnish that wont cloud up... I might just have to buck up and buy some 'Diamond glaze'.
Scrumptious silver goodies! You know guys...all you have to do is holler via email and I'd love to make 'ya one.... Oh yeah! I added glitter to two! There is pink glitter in the one on the bottom and 'purple/white' in the one top left.
Here is a necklace I am working on for one of my bestest friends... She is a grandma of 5! So, made her a 'Nana Nest' and added a fresh charm at the top...
And a 'Nana' soldered charm to this little ring she can add to as she pleases...Happy Birthday Curney! I'm gonna add some more Swarovski crystals in white with some Bali silver beads... A fresh unique necklace for a fab lady!!

Spooky New

Ahhh yes! it's good to be Queen! Just call me the Queen of multi-tasking! LOL! New store, fall chores... creating and creating... that's my life... full.
Here are some new 'Spooky' charms I created today. I went to Assemblage yesterday, and Teresa requested some Halloween charms...so voila!

OOPs, #1 caught the Queen in action! LOL!
Well, where were we?... Oh yes, at Assemblage...I just love that place. I was dropping off some new items. Teresa informed me I had a sale! Yes, with in a couple of weeks of dropping this certain charm off it sold! The charm I am talking about is the 'mini double' I had listed a bit back on Etsy and a lady bought it... left neutral feedback about the quality...and sent it back. Well...I did a little jig right there when she told me! 'Oh yes, your double charms sold right away! bring me some more...' Yippee!!!!
Isn't the back ground paper soo cute? It is a collage sheet by Paperrelics! http://www.paperrelics.com/ Hope Wallace is soo talented. Oh yes, heheh... this is my second circle charm. It's got a few bumps I need to smooth out but I think it is soo cute.
This mini button will definatly be going in the store!
Oh, here are some more mini buttons! On the back of the 'trick' it says 'treat' and on the back of the 'boo' it says 'spooky' Soooooo cute!
Oh yes, did I say I was multi tasking today? I can just hear you guys laughing...but yes! I am bound and determined to learn how to design web sites!!! Here is a book I am starting with... I was just saying to Laura of
http://katydiddys.blogspot.com/ 'Necessity is the mother of invention' ... I soo need a better design for a store... I can't afford alot..so I figure start now and the sky is the limit... Hope you guys have a great weekend!

A little bit of everything

Howdy! Happy Monday to you! This being the last week of Summer and all...did you know Autumn starts next weekend? Well, I thought I'd try 'beer can' chicken...one last BBQ dish before we put the grill away. Anyone ever try it? I know, I know this picture is scary! I put the chickens on...shut the lid and walked inside and #1 came in and said "Mom, are the chickens supposed to be black like that?"....Uhhh...I don't know?!!! This dish can't be that hard.
Yes... That's me trying to figure it out...LOL!!! Anyone ever do 'beer can' chicken? how'd it taste? and what am I missing? #1 said it was good, my hubby ate it with no complaints...#2 and #3 couldn't get passed the 'blackened' part...to me, it didn't have much flavor. But, I always love trying new dishes... and yes! I can cook things in other flavors beside 'charcoal' LOl!!hehehe...
This is my first 'skinny' charm...I'm at a loss for a name.. it's maybe 7/8" in width and 1" in length..
But, I love how it turned out! It will look so nice on a necklace with a small button or other shape. I need to rework the top...but hey, it's 'tres chic'

I'm trying to psych myself up for fall... so I made some fall/Halloween inspired items. I painted this ceramic pumpkin destined for the store.. Because of some of our values...our family doesn't go all out for Halloween but our kids do dress up and get to participate in a 'Harvest Hoot' put on by our church. Its fun...
No...I didn't make this cool crafty crow...but I think he's cute, and I will be putting him and 3 of his brothers in the store...nope, not the Etsy one...my new one...hehehe...
The next buckets I made today... I don't know, you get a crazy thought and you just gotta run with it... what do you guys think? Feathers to much? I might just trim them down a bit..
This one is over the top on feathers! LOL! but these buckets I think would look so cute holding candy... or what ever your heart desires in your little Halloween displays... My hubby came up with a great idea for next year, put reflective tape on larger ones and use them for 'trick or treating!'
Okay... lastly... I just had to put my 'two cents' in... 'Nuff said?! !!LOL!!!!!(no offense...I'm speaking to my family!!!lol)
Catch ya later!
